• Order information: subscription selections, usernames, and email addresses needed to deliver the subscription.
• Device information: device name/type to help deliver and support your subscription.
• Communication data: WhatsApp messages and correspondence with our support team.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill your subscription orders
• Deliver access credentials and support
• Send renewal reminders (via WhatsApp and/or email, based on your preferences)
• Improve our platform and customer experience
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only with:

• Service providers who assist in delivering your subscription
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure server infrastructure, and access controls to protect your personal data. Your password is stored using bcrypt hashing via Supabase Auth.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe. Order records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage. Your data is processed in accordance with Supabase's security practices. We also use WhatsApp for customer communication — your phone number is shared with WhatsApp/Meta only when you initiate contact. We do not store your WhatsApp messages on our servers beyond what is necessary for support.
