1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubVault ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. SubVault reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

SubVault provides premium digital subscription services including but not limited to Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, X Premium, VPNs, and other digital products. We arrange subscriptions through official channels and deliver them directly to customers through our platform.

SubVault is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the brands whose subscriptions and services we offer unless explicitly stated.

3. Account Registration

To place an order, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp after payment is received. Payment must be completed before subscription delivery. SubVault reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

5. Delivery

Subscription credentials are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Some subscriptions may take longer depending on availability. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
• Resell or transfer subscriptions obtained through SubVault without authorization
• Provide false information during account registration or checkout
• Use the Platform to defraud or harm any person or entity

8. Limitation of Liability

SubVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific subscription giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
